Here at A+ Creations we pride ourselves in great customer service. 

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE

•  All T-Shirt orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. 
•  All tumbler orders have a processing time of 2 - 3 weeks to complete. You will be emailed pictures of your tumbler before it is sealed. Tumblers must be fully cured before they are shipped out. *Please be sure to check the spelling you would like on the tumbler prior to submitting your order. 
• You understand that all items are handmade and there may be some visible imperfections. You understand that no two tumblers will look exactly the same.

SHIPPING

• A+ Creations is not responsible for any order that is lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS. 
•  By placing an order with us you acknowledge that your shipping address has been reviewed and is correct prior to checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once you item has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for USPS to update their system. 
• Please contact USPS directly first with your tracking information if you have questions on your order and tracking. 
• USPS is CURRENTLY experiencing delays when it comes to delivering your packages. Please give USPS an additional couple of days to get your orders to you. Also, we notice in some cases USPS is NOT scanning packages in order to save time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. 

RETURNS

• Due to the custom nature of our items we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
• In the event that the item you receive has a defect (hole, mark, etc.) or has been broken or dented due to shipping please notify us via email apluscreationsatl@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your damaged item(s). You will be asked to submit pictures of your damaged item(s). 
• All products must be unworn/unwashed.
